3. Content Published by Users
Users retain intellectual property rights they own in content they publish in the application, including images, text, descriptions, clips, and advertising materials, subject to third-party rights.
By publishing content, the user grants the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, store, and technically reproduce it to the extent necessary to operate the service, display the listing, and provide related features.
This license does not transfer ownership of the content to the operator, nor does it grant the right to use it for purposes independent of providing the service except under a separate agreement or a legal basis.
4. User Responsibility for Content
Users are responsible for ensuring they own the content they publish or have the necessary permissions to use it.
This includes:
Photos of properties, buildings, and real estate units.
Logos and trademarks of offices and companies.
Text, descriptions, and advertising materials.
Images and audio and video clips.
Documents and materials uploaded to the application.

5. Real Estate Listings and Marketing Materials
Real estate offices, marketers, and business users may use the platform to display their listings and marketing materials in accordance with the terms of use and approved packages.
Paid subscription or featured placement does not give the user ownership of any element of the application, its logo, or its designs.
Users may not use the name or logo of Ru'ya Al-Akar in independent advertising campaigns or marketing materials in a way that suggests a partnership or official endorsement without prior consent from the rights holder.
6. Voice Rooms and Interactive Content
Participants in the voice rooms “Remote Culture” (Thaqafa ‘an Bu‘d) must respect intellectual property rights when sharing materials or providing content.
Lectures, recordings, or audio or video materials owned by others may not be published, recorded, or redistributed without the necessary permission, unless the law allows otherwise.
The rights of speakers and participants must be respected, and their content must not be used outside the scope of permissions granted.
7. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Name and contact details.
A description of the right allegedly infringed.
Identification of the reported content and its link or location within the application.
An explanation of why infringement is believed to exist.
Evidence of ownership of the right or legal standing to submit the report, when required.
The operator reviews reports according to approved procedures and may request additional information or take appropriate action, including restricting or removing content when there is a reasonable basis to do so.
8. Actions in Case of Violation
When a violation of this policy is established or there is serious suspicion of intellectual property infringement, the operator may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws, including:
Requesting modification or removal of content.
Suspending a listing or restricting access to it.
Suspending or terminating an account where warranted.
Referring the matter to the competent authorities when appropriate.
Taking these measures does not affect rights holders’ ability to seek remedies from the competent authorities.
9. Links and External Services
The application may include links, content, or services belonging to third parties. Intellectual property rights in such materials remain with their owners or licensees.
The appearance of any third-party trademark or content in the application does not mean the operator owns those rights or represents that party, unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. No Waiver of Rights
Use of the application or subscription to its services must not be interpreted as a waiver of any party’s intellectual property rights.
Rights remain reserved to their owners and may not be used outside the scope of permission granted or limits allowed by law.
11. Changes to the Policy
